Scrape off the outer skin of the ulu or taro with a scraper (asi) or with a popato skin peeler tool so it will be cleaned before boiling. Slice ulu or medium taro in cubic pieces size similar to the 1/2 of the regular potato. Place the pieces in the pot and add water to cover. Boil over mdium. |

Here is the souce ingredians. 1 whole can of coconut milk 1 whole onion 1/16 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepper All mix together in a bowl and pour on the Ulu or Taro. Low heat for 1/2 hour or until the souce is boiling and cover the Ulu or Taro. |
